    Overview:
    We are currently experiencing problems across all services, caused by a suspected network outage at Telehouse, Docklands.

    Impact:
    All services may experience degradation.

    Our engineers are working to restore full service as soon as possible.

  • RESOLVED: Legacy server hostnames not resolving
    This service post has been resolved. The following closing update was provided: Our engineers have now resolved this issue and phones will register correctly against legacy host names. Please reboot your phone if it has not re-registered and contact our customer services team if any issues persist on 01225 800888 or by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • NEW: Legacy server hostnames not resolving

    Overview:
    Legacy hostnames are not resolving to the NewSIP cluster and phones set to use lon-pbx-X will not register.

    Impact:
    Customers will not be able to register devices against legacy hostnames of lon-pbx-X. To register your phones please update the SIP hostname to be sip.gradwell.com or your DNS to point to 79.135.125.154.

    Gradwell Action:
    Our engineers are investigating and we will post further information by 11:00.

  • RESOLVED: UK-SSL is currently unavailable
    This service post has been resolved. The following closing update was provided: Our engineering have now resolved this issue and customers can now view invoices and those customers using shared SSL directories will be able to use their websites.

    Web Hosting


    Overview:
    The service supporting UK-SSL is currently unavailable and this will affect the customers viewing Gradwell invoices and customers who use shared SSL directories.

    Impact:
    Customers will not be able to view Gradwell invoices. Customers who use UK-SSL for their websites will not be able to access their websites.

    Gradwell Action:
    Our engineering team are currently investigating this issue and we will post further information by 13:00. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
